Welcome to Staffpilot. By accessing or using the Staffpilot Applicant Tracking System (ATS) website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Services Description

Staffpilot provides a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System designed to help companies manage their recruitment process, including job posting, candidate tracking, and hiring workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to discriminate against candidates in violation of employment laws.
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Service.
  • Send unsolicited emails or spam through the platform.

5. Data Privacy and Candidate Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a user of an ATS, you are the data controller for the candidate data you collect. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from candidates to collect and process their data using Staffpilot.

We respect data privacy and are committed to protecting candidate information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share candidate or client data with any third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

Staffpilot offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Staffpilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
