With our new Intelligent Resume Search, you can now use Boolean logic to filter your internal candidates with surgical precision.
How to use it
You can now use the following operators in the main search bar of your candidate dashboard:
AND
Narrows your search.
Example
Manager AND Sales
Finds candidates who have both "Manager" and "Sales".
OR
Broadens your search.
Example
SaaS OR Software
Finds candidates who have either "SaaS" or "Software".
NOT
Excludes specific terms.
Example
Developer NOT Intern
Finds developers but excludes anyone with "Intern".

Groups complex logic.
Example
(Java OR Python) AND "Senior Developer"
Groups alternatives together.
